Logistics Technician - International Trade - Import & Export (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage express import and export customs processes and support compliance with Authorized Economic Operator requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics, transportation, customs, and shipment documentation.
• Monitor and track shipments across transportation channels and systems.
• Investigate and resolve transportation, customs clearance, and logistics workflow issues.
• Process and follow up on customer claims and logistics or customs incidents.
• Communicate transportation and logistics costs to customers and suppliers while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant vocational training may also be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or international transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong organization, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced international environment.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of freight management systems and PC-based logistics applications.
• Additional language skills.
