Supply Chain Quality Manager (Microwave Instruments)

Location: Getafe, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working is available when possible, with business travel once or twice a month.

What you will do

• Act as the focal point for suppliers on operational activities and contract management.
• Ensure on-quality and on-time delivery by managing milestones, product life-cycle reviews, and deliverables.
• Lead supplier progress meetings, gate reviews, changes, deviations, waivers, and non-conformity processes.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across programme, engineering, product assurance, and supply chain functions.
• Assess supplier capacity, capability, performance, and industrial risks.
• Initiate supplier performance improvement projects and contribute to supplier tender assessments and selection decisions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in electronics, space, aerospace, or a similar field.
• Experience in supply chain, quality, project management, or engineering.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Business-fluent English required.
• Knowledge of space systems, satellite electronics, radar/RF payloads, or payload equipment manufacturing is advantageous.
