Logistic Operational Specialist - Temporary Support (Temp Agency)

What you will do

• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement activities, including optimized distribution solutions and AOS maturity development.
• Coordinate logistics activities with production planning, supply officers, manufacturing engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze KPIs and logistics performance to anticipate issues and improve HUB-to-point-of-use distribution flows.
• Maintain logistics data, flow mapping, reporting, work specifications, and physical and information-flow solutions.
• Manage corrective, preventive, and curative actions, including Practical Problem Solving and first-level IT troubleshooting.
• Supervise logistics resources and distribution activities, including inventory and the performance of physical and IT flows.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering; aerospace engineering is preferred.
• Experience with supply chain topics.
• Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy, initiative, cooperation, ownership, accountability, and a reliable approach.
• Ability to understand stakeholder challenges and build collaborative solutions.
