Quality Controller (Wind Energy)

Location: Kingston upon Hull, United Kingdom; must live within 30 miles of the factory. Onsite role with 12-hour shifts, including nights and some weekends, averaging 40.25 hours per week.

What you will do

• Perform routine and complex quality operations in line with agreed standards and controlled specifications.
• Use quality systems and tools to conduct product checks, tests, digital inspections, and component evaluations.
• Inspect fiberglass and resin properties through visual analysis to verify product integrity.
• Initiate corrective actions and support root cause investigations when standards are not met.
• Contribute to quality improvement programs and report findings to quality management.

Requirements

• Strong manufacturing background and experience working to controlled specifications.
• Experience with digital and component inspections, CTQ examinations, inspections, and evaluations.
• Experience with statistical data and tolerance analysis.
• Experience preparing visual aids and supporting production.
• Proactive, action-oriented approach and ability to complete tasks independently.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and some weekends, and live within 30 miles of the factory.
