What you will do

• Lead manufacturing plant strategy and align operations with long-term corporate objectives.
• Optimize production efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Build a high-performing culture through leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and lean manufacturing.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

• Proven site management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or formal productivity improvement programs.
• Outstanding management, coaching, planning, organizational, communication, and people leadership skills.
• Experience with product line introduction and change management.
• Results-driven approach focused on removing obstacles and achieving business results.
