Collateral Specialist (Regions Business Capital)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office and one day working from home.

Salary range target: $60,900.00 minimum to $76,492.50 median USD per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze collateral documents and prepare portfolio management reports.
• Manage the document review and exceptions process.
• Work with relationship managers to ensure reporting meets loan-document requirements and collateral is in place.
• Use mathematical formulas to assess collateral quality and value, identify trends, and highlight risks.
• Prepare reports supporting senior-management lending decisions and credit-risk reviews.
• Enter collateral data into the Asset Based Lending Manager system to determine daily collateral positions and borrowing availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Analytical judgment and strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Three years of related experience, preferably in asset-based lending or commercial lending.
