Collateral Processor Specialist - Retail Bank Operations (Banking)

Location: In-office in Miamisburg, Ohio, United States. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm ET.

Base salary: $41,250-$68,750 per year.

What you will do

• Process complex or escalated collateral activities, including perfections, continuations, and releases.
• Route communications, documents, and action items with internal and external business partners to complete transactions.
• Identify, research, and resolve exceptions, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Review unique transactions and documentation for completeness, accuracy, policy compliance, and service-level requirements.
• Prepare responses and documentation for inquiries and ad hoc requests.
• Support training for new employees and junior team members and monitor report validation and analysis.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Experience with Excel, mortgage documentation, operational procedures, and document processing.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must work in the hirify.global office in Miamisburg, Ohio.
