Vice President - Change Management (Financial Services)

Location: London, Greater London, England, United Kingdom; onsite at the London office.

What you will do

• Lead complex and strategic cross-divisional initiatives across Global Banking & Markets with product, design, engineering, operations, and front-to-back business teams.
• Connect project benefits and outcomes to program and firm strategy, influencing stakeholders and shaping priorities.
• Manage project risks, issues, timelines, budgets, governance forums, and remediation activities for senior GBM leadership.
• Remove program-level impediments and engage stakeholders, sponsors, and senior partners to drive delivery.
• Work with product owners to define strategic visions, roadmaps, and backlogs while balancing competing priorities.
• Define quality assurance and testing approaches, coach teams on testing practices, and develop post-testing migration strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, or program management, including finance industry experience.
• Strong project management skills across the full front-to-back project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, deliverables, risk and issue management, status reporting, and delivery management.
• Proven success delivering results in cross-functional teams on time and within budget.
• Excellent written, oral, communication, and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive leadership experience involving empowerment, situational awareness, transparency, and conflict resolution on large-scale programs.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders outside direct control.
• Strategic thinking skills, including identifying cross-functional issues, developing innovative solutions, and communicating impacts across processes, systems, teams, costs, risks, and services.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work directly with teams while coaching them toward efficient and effective performance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial services products and processes, technology strategy, client service or business functions, and/or management consulting.
• Core knowledge of Global Banking & Markets and financial services and operations workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of OKR frameworks and roadmaps.
• Working knowledge of using AI to improve efficiency in financial services.
