Global IT Program Director - Strategy & Transformation

What you will do

• Define, maintain, and govern the overall IT strategy and develop strategies for specific technology topics.
• Set the strategic direction for digital and IT in collaboration with the CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Architecture, and business leaders.
• Shape hirify.global’s experience-led, AI-first technology strategy and foundational digital capabilities.
• Lead annual planning, prioritization, funding, and resource allocation across the IT function.
• Develop data-backed recommendations, persuasive arguments, and PowerPoint materials for senior stakeholders.
• Drive strategic decisions into action and rally the organization before transitioning initiatives to delivery teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in IT or digital organizations, including substantial IT strategy experience.
• Experience as a consultant or demonstrated ability to assess complex organizations, formulate strategy, and gain buy-in at all levels.
• Proven success setting strategy and leading decisions autonomously in highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of business needs, technology, talent, suppliers, costs, and IT planning.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Exceptional storytelling, written communication, strategic thinking, and PowerPoint skills.
