Analyst (Executive Search)

Location: Berlin, with five days per week in the office during the first three weeks of classroom training in London. Hybrid work applies after the classroom training period.

What you will do

• Complete an intensive three-week, in-person classroom training programme led by senior hirify.global leaders.
• Research company and market ecosystems, identify candidate archetypes, and build target-company lists.
• Develop candidate pipelines through outreach for executive search assignments.
• Manage candidate lifecycles and maintain accurate records in the Thrive CRM.
• Attend weekly search-team and client update calls to report on progress.
• Shadow senior search professionals during calls and meetings while progressively supporting 5–7 concurrent searches.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or graduating within the next 12 months.
• Long-term interest in building a career in executive search.
• Adaptable, collaborative, curious, data-driven, resilient, and solutions-oriented.
• Strong willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work effectively in a fast-scaling business.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and collaborating across teams.
