Working Student Talent Acquisition Human Resources (m/f/d)

Location: Augsburg and Peißenberg, Germany; mobile working is available depending on the area of responsibility.

Salary: up to €21 gross per hour

MT Management Service is part of the OHB space and technology group and provides central Human Resources, Finance, Controlling, and IT services for MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

What you will do

• Support HR recruiting and HR business activities for employees, trainees, interns, and working students.
• Create and place job advertisements for open positions.
• Review application documents, communicate with applicants, organise interviews, and participate in pre-selection interviews.
• Help organise and implement HR marketing activities, including training and university fairs.
• Support HR business partners with references, contracts, certificates, presentations, and daily operations.

Requirements

• Currently studying economics, social sciences, or a comparable subject.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment of working with people.
• Confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Initial practical experience in Human Resources is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP applications is desirable.
