Associate Director, Paid Social

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day paid social output for one or more busy client accounts.
• Plan, activate, and optimize large-scale paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, and other key platforms.
• Deliver campaigns across brand and direct-response objectives and contribute to integrated digital media plans.
• Prepare end-of-campaign reports, client presentations, QBRs, and annual reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, presenting to clients and leading calls.
• Manage, train, and mentor planners, executives, and other junior social specialists.

Requirements

• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key social platforms.
• Experience planning large-scale campaigns across brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience creating detailed campaign reports, presentations, QBRs, and annual reviews.
• Strong client and external stakeholder management skills, including presenting and leading calls.
• Experience line managing, training, and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong communication, project management, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency environment.
• Training certifications such as Meta Blueprint.
