What you will do
- Run paid social end to end, owning Meta account structure, audiences, bids, budgets, and performance targets.
- Test and develop TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and other social channels using clear hypotheses and scale-or-stop decisions.
- Build Lovable agents and automations to monitor performance, pace and shift budgets, detect creative fatigue, and apply optimizations.
- Develop a high-volume, diversified creative pipeline across UGC, creator content, static, and video assets.
- Build and debug tracking integrations, including Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, pixels, consent, and deduplication.
- Evaluate channel incrementality through lift tests and holdouts rather than relying only on platform-reported ROAS.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience running paid social and owning significant Meta budgets.
- Experience testing at least one additional social channel, such as TikTok, Snap, or Reddit.
- Hands-on experience building reporting, budget-pacing, or optimization automations and working with platform APIs.
- Strong understanding of CAC, payback, creative performance, disciplined testing, and efficient growth.
- Technical depth in at least one of data analytics, data engineering, or tracking and measurement, with practical ability across the others.
- Comfort building AI agents and using AI tools as part of daily work.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling a paid social channel from a small base while maintaining efficiency.
- Experience with Advantage+ and hands-on audience, placement, and creative testing.
