Legal Counsel (Technology)

What you will do

• Manage legal matters for subsidiaries in the UK and Ireland.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on software licensing, IT services, managed services, framework, public sector, supplier, partner, and customer agreements.
• Coordinate external legal advisors and consultants.
• Provide legal guidance and risk management support to business divisions and cross-functional projects.
• Support Sales, Finance, Procurement, and HR teams.
• Assist with data protection matters, including DPAs and collaboration with internal compliance teams.

Requirements

• Background in contract law with experience in commercial and technology agreements.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in a fast-paced environment.
• Structured, independent, and precise approach to work.
• Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills.
• Awareness of UK and EU technology regulatory frameworks, public sector requirements, data protection, and GDPR.
• English required; valid UK working visa required.
