Head of Ecommerce (Health & Wellness)

Location: SW London, with four days per week office based

Salary: £70,000–£85,000 per year plus up to 30% bonus

Fast-growing direct-to-consumer health and wellness business targeting £15 million in revenue, with established UK and European operations and further international expansion planned.

What you will do

• Own website trading, conversion rate optimization, and commercial performance across multiple markets.
• Build landing experiences connecting paid advertising creative with customer intent.
• Lead experimentation across product detail pages, landing pages, navigation, offers, and checkout.
• Improve conversion, average order value, and revenue per session through customer insight and testing.
• Direct specialist paid media, email, and digital partners around commercial priorities.

Requirements

• Strong ecommerce experience in a scaling DTC or consumer brand.
• Deep understanding of CRO, landing pages, experimentation, and customer journeys.
• Commercial knowledge of paid media metrics including CAC, ROAS, and MER.
• Experience connecting advertising messages with high-converting on-site experiences.
• Track record of using data and customer behavior to drive profitable growth.
• Comfort working in a founder-led business with a lean team.

Nice to have

• Experience in health, fitness, wellness, technology, or branded consumer environments.
• Shopify experience.
• Entrepreneurial, curious, and growth-oriented approach.
