eCommerce Trading Lead (Retail)

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire, UK; based at the Head Office

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of hirify.globalAds onsite marketing placements, including creative refreshes and building ads in the CMS.
• Review and report on commercial advertising performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Paid Media teams and divisional trading teams to align campaigns and feature relevant products.
• Support workload management for the hirify.globalAds team and drive critical paths through to completion.
• Develop A/B testing and optimisation ideas to improve onsite advertising performance and the customer journey.
• Collaborate with creative teams to optimise templates, copy and visual assets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an eCommerce Trading role, ideally at Lead level.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and user behaviour insights for commercial decisions.
• Experience working with a CMS is advantageous.
• Strong visual judgement and experience in a fashion-based retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt to changing priorities and drive initiatives forward.
