eCommerce Manager (ecommerce)

What you will do

• Co-own the Planet Offers revenue target and drive commercial performance.
• Manage the end-to-end performance of the Planet Offers ecommerce platform.
• Lead and develop the Campaign Manager and Customer Care team.
• Improve conversion rates and customer journeys.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and customer audiences.
• Own CRM, email marketing, budgets, promotional activity, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience leading a B2C ecommerce function.
• Knowledge of CRM, email marketing, SEO, and social media.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools.
• People leadership experience.
• Commercial awareness, customer focus, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
