Marketing Executive (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year

hirify.global builds and runs marketing at agency level, with a focus on commerce, editorial content, digital visibility, and retailer events.

What you will do

• Write and schedule Breakthrough Commerce and Friday Five content, manage the LinkedIn calendar, and repurpose internal expertise into blogs, newsletters, playbooks, ebooks, and landing pages.
• Implement website updates from SEO and CRO priorities, including page changes, metadata, schema, internal linking, campaign landing pages, and basic tracking.
• Deliver technical and content improvements for GEO/SEO, structured data, FAQ schema, and visibility in AI answer platforms.
• Track hirify.global’s presence in Google and AI tools, report changes, and test LinkedIn formats and engagement approaches.
• Ship outbound, content-led, and partner campaigns from brief through launch and repurposing.
• Support MMUK, MxLDN, and retailer events across logistics, speakers, promotion, follow-up, and content repurposing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to take a brief, fill in gaps, and execute independently without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Daily practical use of AI tools to improve speed and effectiveness.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple marketing channels without missing deadlines.
• Confidence to identify problems early and explain the reasoning behind marketing decisions.
• Ability to work across content, LinkedIn, search, campaigns, website updates, and events.
