Staff Product Manager, Comms Platform (Fintech)

Location: Remote UK, with the option to work from the London office.

Base pay: £142,000–190,000 per year.

What you will do

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for the communications platform.
• Modernize infrastructure for critical transactional communications across channels.
• Build shared capabilities connecting marketing and transactional communications.
• Lead complex platform initiatives from strategy through launch and adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, Design, Analytics, and Legal and Compliance.
• Define success metrics and make tradeoffs across customer experience, reliability, scalability, cost, regulatory requirements, and speed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex products or technically complex platforms.
• Technical fluency and the ability to partner with Engineering on architecture, reliability, scalability, and platform tradeoffs.
• Experience taking products beyond launch and driving adoption across multiple teams or customer groups.
• Strong product judgment, analytical ability, business judgment, and cross-functional influence.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
