TL;DR
Product Lead (AI) (B2B SaaS/AI): Building and scaling a product pillar from opportunity validation through product-market fit and a portfolio of solutions with an accent on product strategy, commercial ownership, and AI-first product management. Focus on creating zero-to-one products, coaching Product Managers, developing agentic product experiences, and driving revenue, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Location: Mobile Work in the UK (England and Wales), with remote work available anywhere within Germany; Munich office spaces are available for in-person collaboration.

What you will do
- Build and own a product pillar from opportunity validation through scaled solutions and product-market fit.
- Define product strategy, portfolio direction, roadmaps, priorities, and investment decisions.
- Lead discovery, delivery, launch, iteration, and continuous monitoring of customer and commercial outcomes.
- Own revenue, growth, positioning, pricing, business cases, and competitive differentiation for the pillar.
- Represent products in customer workshops, strategic sales demos, analyst briefings, and senior leadership discussions.
- Coach Product Managers and improve product craft, discovery rigour, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, including significant start-up or scale-up experience.
- Experience shipping, scaling, and sunsetting products across the full product lifecycle, including building products from zero.
- Strong product discovery, customer research, prioritisation, experimentation, value monitoring, and commercial skills.
- Experience with ARR accountability, positioning, pricing, business case development, and communicating investment cases.
- AI-first product management experience, including distinguishing between building with AI and building AI capabilities into products.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, judgement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, risk analytics, or compliance.
- Experience building agentic products or AI-driven product experiences.
