Principal Product Manager (AI-Enabled Manufacturing)

Location: Staines-upon-Thames, England, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a balance of remote and in-office work.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, investment cases, and measurable customer outcomes for manufacturing solutions.
• Lead customer discovery, workflow analysis, solution co-creation, prototyping, validation, and continuous feedback from discovery through adoption.
• Identify and embed meaningful AI, machine learning, and automation capabilities into manufacturing workflows, decision support, and user experiences.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, scale, and adoption while removing blockers and aligning priorities.
• Coordinate Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Support, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success around delivery and customer outcomes.
• Support pricing, packaging, product positioning, customer presentations, partner presentations, and commercial performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise software environments.
• Hands-on manufacturing domain experience and knowledge of industrial workflows.
• Experience defining product strategy and vision, launching and scaling products, and delivering measurable customer value.
• Experience with customer discovery, prototyping, solution validation, analytics, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity about AI; experience with AI/ML-enabled enterprise applications, developer platforms, application frameworks, or data services is desirable.
