Senior Events Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote - US; expected travel is 25% and may fluctuate based on business needs.

Base salary: $114,750–$135,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute event strategies aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
• Own the full event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis.
• Manage trade show booths, sponsorships, marketing activations, staffing, speakers, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Executive teams, vendors, and trade show organizers.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venue selection, exhibit design, travel coordination, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution.
• Define KPIs, analyze attendee feedback and pipeline contribution, and improve future event performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event strategy, trade show management, and corporate event planning.
• Experience managing large-scale, high-visibility events with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex logistics.
• Expertise in budget management, cost optimization, and financial reconciliation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, leadership, and real-time decision-making skills.
• Must be based in the United States and able to travel approximately 25%.
