Technical Solution Specialist-LC-Shanghai (Liquid Chromatography)

Location: Remote in Shanghai, China; business travel required for 50%–60% of the time.

What you will do

• Analyze laboratory workflows and analytical requirements in the pharmaceutical CXO industry.
• Develop analytical solutions and convert client needs into business opportunities.
• Provide technical support for liquid chromatography and single quadrupole mass spectrometry at client sites.
• Design and complete pre-sales sample analysis independently.
• Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to maintain client relationships and resolve issues.
• Support regional strategy execution and improve the win rate of hirify.global liquid chromatography and single quadrupole solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of relevant analytical work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of liquid chromatography, single quadrupole mass spectrometers, applications, market trends, and mainstream competitor products.
• Ability to work independently, innovate, solve challenges, and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to travel for 50%–60% of the role.
