Order To Cash Accountant with French

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes for recurring revenue.
• Set up customer maintenance contracts in the ERP system according to customer orders.
• Handle invoicing for license, cloud, maintenance, and other recurring-revenue products.
• Perform subscription calculation quality assurance, revenue and direct-cost accruals, variance analysis, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare ad hoc, monthly, and annual reporting and KPIs using business intelligence tools.
• Support accounts receivable and cash collection while partnering with Finance, Sales, Consulting, customers, and country market units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, including invoicing, order processing, revenue recognition, and accruals.
• Experience with ERP systems and order-to-cash processes; hirify.global experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and business support skills.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and French is required.
• Experience in the IT or software industry is preferred.

• Professional certifications in IFRS 15 and US or French GAAP.
