Location: Hybrid collaboration from the London office with regular travel to the Berlin hub

What you will do

• Participate in product reviews and design sessions, provide feedback on prototypes, and help prioritise the roadmap.
• Translate ISA (UK) and international auditing standards into structured, executable product logic.
• Write, test, and refine prompts and decision logic for AI audit workflows.
• Ensure documentation quality aligns with ISA (UK) 230 and supports internal quality control and external review.
• Safeguard auditor independence and compliance with the FRC Ethical Standard and ICAEW/ACCA Code of Ethics.
• Travel regularly to Berlin to collaborate in person with the product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of financial audit experience, including audit manager-level responsibility; Big Four or leading mid-tier experience is preferred.
• ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent chartered accountancy qualification.
• Strong knowledge of ISA (UK), UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, and the Companies Act 2006.
• Ability to turn complex standards into clear, reproducible logic and structured process outputs.
• Comfort writing and iterating on AI prompts and collaborating closely with engineers; programming experience is not required.
• Native English required; German is a plus.
