Employment & Labour Law Intern

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site four days per week. The 12-month internship runs from 5 July 2027 to 21 July 2028. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship period.

What you will do

• Support the international Employment and Labour Law team across corporate, news, and Film & TV production businesses.
• Assist specialist employment lawyers with legal matters in the UK, EMEA, and APAC.
• Coordinate Respect in the Workplace training across the UK and EMEA.
• Conduct and document investigations into workplace concerns raised by staff.
• Support Fair Employment Practices work focused on diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship.
• Must be able to work in the Central London office on-site four days per week.
• Current undergraduate student returning to full-time education in Autumn 2028, or seeking work experience after A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an Apprenticeship.
• Interest in employment law, diversity and equality, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Excellent oral and written communication, confidentiality, discretion, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, willingness to collaborate, and readiness to contribute ideas.
