Legal Intern (Media and Entertainment)

Location: Central London, UK; on-site work required four days per week

What you will do

• Support legal work across film, television, streaming, content acquisition, distribution, and production.
• Draft and review contracts, amendments, side letters, licensing agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
• Track deal negotiations, rights information, option dates, contract signatures, payments, and legal delivery requirements.
• Conduct legal, company, chain-of-title, and intellectual property research, including investigations into infringement.
• Support anticounterfeiting and enforcement programs, including drafting cease-and-desist letters and assisting with law-enforcement training.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, content strategy, production, commercial, franchise, creative, and international teams.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship period.
• Must be able to work in the Central London office on-site four days per week.
• Internship period: Monday 5 July 2027 to Friday 21 July 2028.
• Currently studying at university and returning to full-time education in autumn 2028, or seeking work experience after A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical reasoning, teamwork, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and workload-management ability.
