Salary: $172,200–$236,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for CenterWell Home Health initiatives and strategic healthcare platforms.
• Develop reference architectures and reusable design patterns for data platforms, clinical document NLP, RPA, automation, and interoperability.
• Define integration strategies, domain boundaries, and data flows for provider data, EMR, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance checkpoints, risk assessments, and compliance alignment.
• Partner with product, engineering, security, data, enterprise architecture, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Enable delivery through architectural runways, measurable non-functional requirements, observability, lineage, and data protection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive information technology experience, including architecture or engineering.
• At least 5 years of solution architecture experience in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems, including regulated HIPAA/PHI environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, data lake and data platform patterns, identity and access management, and secrets management.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven integration, security models, availability, performance, and resilience requirements.
• Experience delivering generative and agentic AI across Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS, including RAG, fine-tuning, agent orchestration, responsible AI, MLOps/LLMOps, vector databases, and CI/CD integration.
