Consulting Director (Principal cohort)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; hybrid work with time split between home and office.

Salary: $209,600–$240,500 annual base salary, plus potential quarterly profit sharing. A benefits section also lists a base range of $209,600–$218,700 annually.

What you will do

• Build the Los Angeles office as a member of the California Management Team.
• Lead enterprise solution design and implementation across cloud platforms, mobility, data analytics and insights, machine learning, and user-centered design.
• Use AI tools to streamline development, uncover insights, accelerate delivery, and promote responsible AI practices with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple project teams and the full SDLC, including estimation, sprint planning, requirements, architecture, development, testing, risk management, change control, and delivery.
• Drive account planning, sales, project profitability, client delivery, and follow-on opportunities.
• Build professional networks, recruit employees, and mentor colleagues through career development and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices and extensive client account and project management experience.
• Recent leadership experience managing multiple internal and external teams and complex custom development engagements.
• Strong local network of IT and business executives, business acumen across industries, and trusted-advisor experience.
• Ability to build consensus through influence, mentor others, and develop careers.
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship. Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
