Senior Analyst, Global Procurement

Location: Hybrid role based at the Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office, with attendance expected at least three days per week.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support sourcing initiatives across consulting, professional services, HR, marketing, finance, legal, facilities, and other SG&A categories.
• Lead defined components of RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes, including supplier outreach, bid analysis, commercial evaluation, and negotiation support.
• Analyze spend, supplier performance, pricing, and cost structures to identify savings, consolidation, and compliance opportunities.
• Prepare procurement documentation, dashboards, savings reports, financial models, project trackers, and executive summaries.
• Support the review and management of MSAs, SOWs, renewals, amendments, change orders, and contract milestones.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Analytics, and other stakeholders to improve supplier governance and commercial value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related commercial experience, preferably in SG&A categories.
• Experience with competitive sourcing processes, supplier negotiations, and commercial evaluations.
• Strong skills in spend analysis, bid evaluation, pricing analysis, cost modeling, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus familiarity with web-based procurement or analytical tools.
