Manager, Procurement Operations (AI)

Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: $125,000–$135,000 per year plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Maintain the procurement governance framework, operating model, policies, workflows, service levels, controls, and reporting rhythms.
• Build and maintain the source-to-pay transformation roadmap and manage workstreams across sourcing, procure-to-pay, workforce, travel and expense, corporate cards, risk, and procurement systems.
• Lead process mapping, optimization, and automation across intake, sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, inventory, and supplier management.
• Support AI-enabled procurement capabilities, workflow automation, predictive analytics, intelligent document processing, risk monitoring, and business intelligence reporting.
• Execute sourcing and contracting initiatives, including competitive bids, negotiations, approvals, and contract execution.
• Develop training curricula, drive stakeholder adoption, and support post-merger supplier, contract, policy, process, and system integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing, supply chain, or business operations, including at least 2 years managing people or leading project teams.
• Hands-on experience with procurement transformation, system implementations, process redesign, operating models, and governance frameworks in multi-site or multi-region environments.
• Working knowledge of source-to-pay, eProcurement, contract management, vendor management, inventory systems, and third-party risk management.
• Strong analytics, data visualization, communication, stakeholder management, financial analysis, negotiation, and contract management skills, plus working knowledge of AI and automation tools.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent.
• CPSM or CSCP certification.
• Experience working on cross-functional product teams with product management and delivery partners.
• Experience supporting sourcing across multiple spend categories at a global company.
