HR Generalist – Europe (HR Operations/Employment Law): Supporting European HR operations through locally compliant employee services, escalations, and global program execution with an accent on employment law, country-specific practices, and process improvement. Focus on simplifying and automating HR workflows, resolving complex cases across European jurisdictions, and coordinating with People Business Partners, shared services, legal counsel, payroll providers, and global Centers of Excellence.
Location: Hybrid in Prague, Czechia; the role supports HR operations across Europe.
Salary: CZK 570,200.00–712,800.00–855,300.00.

What you will do
- Handle HR operational tasks requiring local knowledge, language skills, or in-country presence across European jurisdictions.
- Resolve escalated and country-specific employee and manager requests while supporting timely ticket resolution within agreed service levels.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Partner with People Business Partners and global Centers of Excellence on benefits, compensation, and global HR programs.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or transition HR processes, and maintain process guides and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with local legal counsel, payroll providers, external authorities, and HR project stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR practices in at least two European countries.
- Experience with shared services or tiered HR operating models involving HR Business Partners, Shared Services, and Centers of Excellence.
- Experience improving HR workflows and using ticketing or case management systems such as ServiceNow.
- Experience with Workday or a comparable HR information system.
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages such as Dutch or Italian are advantageous.
