Senior Manager, Events - EMEA (Cybersecurity)

Location: London, EMEA; remote work available. Willingness to travel across EMEA is required.

What you will do

• Build and scale an EMEA Events Centre of Excellence supporting 60–100 events annually, including conferences, road shows, trade shows, roundtables, and executive events.
• Create standard operating processes, planning timelines, templates, approval workflows, vendor frameworks, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Measure event pipeline, revenue impact, opportunity creation, account coverage, cost per opportunity, and ROI to guide scale, pivot, or stop decisions.
• Manage event, production, creative, and video agencies across EMEA, including supplier selection, negotiation, and preferred-partner development.
• Build a branded EMEA road show, regional customer and prospect communities, Customer Advisory Board activities, and Executive Briefing Centre programmes.
• Partner with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, PR, Communications, SDRs, and video teams while recruiting and developing the events team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B event or field marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, data, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience running high-volume, multi-format events programmes across EMEA and creating repeatable event series across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on Salesforce reporting to connect events with pipeline and revenue.
• Experience managing agencies and vendors, producing fast-turnaround event content, and delivering executive briefings, EBCs, or Customer Advisory Boards.
• Experience building scalable operating models, owning budgets, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and engaging senior and C-level audiences.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and ability to build and lead a growing events team.
