Mortgage Production Manager

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary target: $37,129.79–$55,776.00 USD per year, plus eligibility for commission incentives.

What you will do

• Supervise mortgage production within a mortgage banking branch while maintaining individual sales production.
• Develop existing and new origination sources for mortgage products.
• Manage staff workflow and assign prospective loan requests.
• Monitor branch performance and report findings to senior management.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting, loan committees, private mortgage insurance companies, and investors.
• Resolve complex operational and sales issues and support subordinate loan officers with problematic loans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five years of experience in mortgage lending, real estate, retail sales, or a related field.
• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, sales, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of all aspects of mortgage lending and strong business acumen.
