Solution Engineer (AI Data Cloud)

What you will do

• Partner with account executives and cross-functional teams to drive technical wins throughout the sales cycle.
• Present Snowflake’s platform, vision, and business value to technical and executive audiences.
• Lead customer discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Guide enterprise customers on data architecture, solution design, analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, performance, and governance.
• Translate business challenges into practical solution patterns and build trusted relationships with architects, engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing while advocating for customer needs and product improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical pre-sales.
• Strong knowledge of modern data stacks, including ETL/ELT, data warehouses, data lakes, analytics, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Hands-on technical capability with SQL and Python.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in complex technical and stakeholder environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, whiteboarding, and technical workshop facilitation skills.
• Pragmatic, collaborative, self-starting approach with strong relationship-building and business communication abilities.
