What you will do

• Collaborate with account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across your territory.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical champion to drive product adoption and vision with stakeholders.
• Enable clients through workshops and the development of technical collateral and thought leadership.
• Influence the product roadmap by translating field-derived insights into strategic recommendations for R&D teams.
• Act as a tier-3 escalation point for the most complex technical challenges in mission-critical environments.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role influencing technical executives.
• 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, administration, and pre-sales.
• Proficiency in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Broad experience in at least two of the following: data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, or streaming.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and third-party consulting organizations.
• Proven track record of shaping and prioritizing roadmap capabilities based on market insight.
