Consultant, Commercial Analytics (Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid in Durham or Evanston, United States

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Research, organize, process, analyze, and visualize client data for pharmaceutical and life sciences projects.
• Build and maintain data processes, advanced dashboards, reports, slide decks, and other client deliverables.
• Use coding to support data processing and reporting, run scheduled processes, and troubleshoot ad hoc issues.
• Translate client requests into concrete deliverables and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with global project teams and serve as a client contact and liaison.
• Guide, train, and mentor Associate Consultants while leading small client-facing sub-teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2–4 years of professional experience, or a PhD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, adaptability, and ability to lead small groups.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Intermediate coding skills in SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
• Pharmaceutical data sources and domain experience.
