Customs Reporting and Data Analyst

What you will do

• Manage the customs SQL database, including querying, analyzing, updating, and creating database objects.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc data reports, KPIs, and dashboards using business intelligence software.
• Support customs compliance digitalization and process automation using ETL tools, Power Automate, UiPath, Mendix, SharePoint, SAP, Snowflake, and global trade management systems.
• Coordinate between IT developers and Global Functional Excellence to define and implement corporate IT solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data management, reporting, and analytical software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, data management, international business, supply chain, or logistics.
• Fluent written and verbal Spanish and English are required.
• Strong collaboration, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, interpretative, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Nice to have

• SAP knowledge.
• Snowflake experience.
