Omnichannel Insights Coordinator (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; work from the assigned hirify.global office 2–3 days per week or as required by the business

What you will do

• Build, manage, and install database management systems.
• Apply data mapping, mining, and transformation techniques to develop robust databases.
• Optimize data storage, prepare system requirements, and design database implementations.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage global cloud solutions in collaboration with the GBI Platform team.
• Engage stakeholders to capture and translate requirements into approved projects.
• Support AI transformation, data-driven culture, and marketing and field force execution insights.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 8+ years of experience, associate’s degree with 6+ years, BA/BS with 2+ years, or MBA/MS with relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and BI/analytics technologies.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, analytics, and extract, transform, and load databases.
• Experience with visualization tools and technical solution management tools.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and audits.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• Business presentation skills and experience in master data management.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database query languages.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Experience with data governance, data quality management, and project management.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.
