AI Architect, Internal Business Applications

What you will do

• Define the architecture, standards, and governance framework for AI-first capabilities, including LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Design and implement secure AI runtimes, model-serving platforms, data-access controls, intelligent automation, and decision-support solutions.
• Translate requirements from Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Customer Success, and other functions into scalable AI architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Establish data integration, governance, quality, reliability, performance, scalability, and cost-optimization standards across enterprise platforms.
• Develop APIs, reusable services, MLOps and LLMOps capabilities, monitoring, observability, and production governance.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, adoption, and change management for AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, platform engineering, AI/ML systems design, data architecture, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years designing and deploying production-scale AI systems, including LLMs, agent orchestration, and intelligent automation.
• Expertise in LLM serving, RAG, agentic orchestration, AI workflow design, enterprise security, identity management, data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, API design, distributed systems, MLOps, LLMOps, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and architectural leadership skills from strategy through implementation and operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG systems, vector databases, event-driven architectures, real-time data processing, or workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model monitoring, drift detection, responsible AI, and enterprise ERP, CRM, or HCM ecosystems.
• Background in computer science, engineering, high-scale product environments, or global organizations.
