What you will do
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Romax software.
- Deliver customer training, routine technical troubleshooting, and consulting projects across automotive, wind power, industrial transmission, and related sectors.
- Maintain the software and conduct applied technical research.
- Develop training documents and videos, translate software interfaces and technical manuals, and compile industry application cases.
- Support seminars, exhibitions, and customer technical workshops; prepare and present technical proposals and help identify sales leads.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Vehicle Engineering, or a related discipline; an outstanding bachelor’s graduate may also be considered.
- At least 5 years of experience in the transmission or gearbox industry.
- Knowledge of gear-drive design, calculation, and analysis workflows, including gearbox durability, NVH, and efficiency verification.
- Proficiency in parametric design of involute cylindrical gears and contact and bending fatigue evaluation according to ISO/DIN standards.
- Experience selecting rolling bearings and calculating bearing load, stiffness, and service life according to relevant ISO/DIN specifications.
- Ability to read English technical literature and communicate orally in English on a daily basis. Customer-service awareness, responsibility, prudence, and modesty are expected.
