Business Operations (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto or New York; minimum three days per week in the office, Tuesday through Thursday. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in UK time zones and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.

What you will do

• Drive strategically important initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Prompting, Operations, and Product.
• Create and implement project plans that clarify priorities, identify gaps, and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Develop models and decision-making tools that identify key inputs and communicate actionable insights.
• Build growth playbooks and strategies that support rapid team scaling.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering to remove blockers and deliver product improvements.
• Support client-facing storytelling, customer support, pilot programs, early deployments, applied AI opportunities, board activities, metrics, and quarterly planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or a fast-paced B2B startup.
• Ability to diagnose complex problems, break them down, and develop impactful solutions.
• Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Comfort with data manipulation and visualization for communicating key insights.
• Availability for the required hybrid schedule and valid US work authorization without restrictions.

Nice to have

• Experience as a consultant or startup operator.
• Experience with enterprise AI implementations and Fortune 500 organizations.
