Software Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: In-person in the New York or Stockholm office

Salary: $150,000–$350,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building an infrastructure layer for AI workloads, providing instant GPU access, fast container starts, native storage, low-latency inference, model fine-tuning, and production-ready sandboxes.

What you will do

• Build high-quality software, applications, and libraries used directly by other developers.
• Design clear abstractions that improve developer productivity and ergonomics.
• Work with asynchronous programming and concurrency management.
• Collaborate directly with users to understand and solve their technical problems.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing high-quality Python, JavaScript, or Go applications or libraries.
• Strong code-as-product judgment with a focus on developer ergonomics and productivity.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency pitfalls.
• Strong customer empathy, communication skills, and openness to working directly with users.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
• Ability to work in person in the New York or Stockholm office.

Nice to have

• Experience building developer tools or SDKs.
• Experience maintaining open-source software.
• Understanding of agentic development workflows.
• Familiarity with modern data, machine learning, and AI tools and workflows.
