Epic Beaker Systems Analyst

Location: Remote-based from Pennsylvania, United States. Travel requirement is 0%–25%.

What you will do

• Plan, design, configure, test, implement, and support Epic Beaker software.
• Analyze system requirements, specifications, workflows, and user experience, documenting findings and solutions.
• Maintain Epic environments, perform routine maintenance, resolve issues, and implement new functionality and technologies.
• Create application documentation and training materials, and guide end users in using Epic effectively.
• Manage small to medium projects independently and provide timely progress updates to stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve routine to moderately complex problems.

Requirements

• Three years of systems administration experience in one or more Epic modules.
• Three years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to perform analysis, design, system configuration, and testing at basic to moderate complexity levels.
• Strong customer service, critical-thinking, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Associate degree required; two years of relevant experience may substitute. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Epic Beaker application certification within six months.
