Epic OpTime Systems Analyst

Location: Remote-based in Pennsylvania, United States

Healthcare organization supporting clinical operations through Epic software applications.

What you will do

• Provide analytical support for perioperative departments using the Epic OpTime module.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate workflow needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Plan, design, configure, test, implement, maintain, and support Epic application changes.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementations, and special projects.
• Analyze workflows, resolve user issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Manage small to medium projects and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Requirements

• 3 years of systems administration experience in one or more Epic modules.
• 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Epic OpTime Systems Analyst experience or ORIS/PIS management experience.
• Ability to perform analysis, design, configuration, and testing at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, organizational, critical-thinking, and project management skills.
• Associate degree, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree; a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Epic OpTime certification at the time of hire.
