Epic ClinDoc Systems Analyst

hirify.global is hiring for a role supporting Epic software applications in the healthcare industry.

What you will do

• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software applications.
• Analyze system requirements, specifications, workflows, and user experience.
• Configure Epic environments, maintain applications, resolve issues, and implement new functionality.
• Provide guidance and support to end users and develop implementation, training, and system documentation.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve routine to moderately complex problems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of systems administration experience with one or more Epic modules.
• At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to perform systems analysis, design, configuration, and testing at basic to moderate complexity.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Associate degree, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree; Epic Application Certification is required within 6 months.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field.
• ClinDoc certification or experience.
