Sr. Manager, Value Realization

Salary: USD 150,000–170,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Define and evolve the value realization approach for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Build frameworks, business cases, assumptions, and benefits models for priority programs and workstreams.
• Define and track financial and operational metrics for expected and realized value.
• Develop dashboards, summaries, and executive-ready reporting for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, business leaders, technology teams, and initiative owners to validate assumptions and outcomes.
• Support prioritization, sequencing, tradeoff, and value-capture discussions across operating model changes, process optimization, global delivery, AI, automation, and third-party spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Business, Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in value realization, FP&A, transformation finance, strategic operations, consulting, program leadership, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, business case, benefits framework, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level transformation, operating model, or portfolio initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Ability to work at the New York location; external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global location.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise or cost transformation and portfolio governance.
• Experience in media, entertainment, broadcast, or technology.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, Excel-based modeling, workflow platforms, or transformation reporting tools.
• Experience across labor, non-labor, process optimization, automation, or operating model value levers.
