Sr. Program Manager - Finance Data Analytics, Insights & AI

Location: Hybrid, with four days per week in the office in downtown Seattle, Washington

Salary: $110,500–$183,000 annual pay, with potential performance-based incentives or bonuses

hirify.global is a retail company evolving its Finance organization through data analytics, strategic insights, automation, and AI.

What you will do

• Lead multi-team programs across Finance, Product, and Engineering, including the Looker migration and finance AI readiness and adoption.
• Drive adoption of AI agents, skills, connectors, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled workflows across Finance.
• Manage initiatives from scoping through rollout, including prioritization, governance, escalation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead organization-level change management and create executive-level presentations to support trade-offs and resourcing decisions.
• Establish program management practices in Confluence and Jira while managing competing priorities.
• Coach and mentor program managers and analysts on program management and AI practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, analytics, or related fields, including cross-functional program leadership.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including AI agents, skills, and connectors, plus experience delivering AI or automation initiatives.
• Experience with organizational change management, governance, operating rhythms, and cross-functional partner alignment.
• Strong executive communication and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Excel, SQL, financial analysis, and partnering with Finance leaders.

• MBA, relevant master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level AI tool experience.
