Sr. Manager, Financial Business Process

Salary: $130K–$150K annual base salary

What you will do

• Analyze complex financial business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, business stakeholders, and IT to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and system specifications.
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of systems and process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, resolve business and system issues, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and IT development teams.
• Maintain process documentation and provide guidance on financial systems, processes, and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Significant experience in financial business processes, business systems analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology or system solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and automation.
