What you will do

• Gather, analyze, document, and articulate business and system requirements with internal customers.
• Define business processes, data needs, site content, interface specifications, and technology requirements.
• Communicate requirements and expectations to technical development teams.
• Evaluate, recommend, and help build solutions that improve and simplify internal processes.
• Collaborate on solution development, testing, deployment, adoption, and release planning.
• Perform functional QA for new features and system updates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of business analysis experience.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Previous experience as a Developer, QA Engineer, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
• Understanding of programming concepts and relational database structures.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and iterating on technology systems and working with complex projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, organization, problem-solving, functional testing, and test-plan writing skills.
